Deployment Timeline

In order to provide our Managed IT Services, we deploy to all devices in the environment our software required for 24/7 monitoring, protection, updating and patching. While in the mists of that process, we also upgrade any devices or systems that fail to meet our minimum operational standards for business continuity.

Before our software is deployed to your devices, we provide documentation for your staff on how to request support. Our IT specialists begin to gather data and information that will be used to support your business’s technology.

After the onboarding phase, we’ll schedule a technology review usually 4 – 8 weeks after deployment to review all that we find, what has been fixed and recommend solutions moving forward.
