Add New User
Submit this ticket at least 3 days prior to the new person needing access to your IT systems.

Remove User
Notify us that a user will be leaving or be terminated. This information is kept private but will allow us to coordinate removal of access.

Ordering
Inform us of equipment (hardware and/or software) that is needed so a quote can be generated and sent over for approval.

Software Update
Notify us of an upcoming update software program used by your organization. Please let us know at least 1 week prior to the date of the update.

Content Filter
Request changes to be made to the Content Filtering. This can be used for adding, removing, or modifying any content filtering settings.
